MLS vs PRS Match Analysis and Review:
Melbourne Stars’ hopes for the finals of the BBL 10 had suffered a blow after the last shock loss to their Melbourne rivals, and that the defeat of the Renegades might come back to haunt them. After overcoming their poor form with back-to-back wins, the Stars could not extend their winning run to three matches as they fell to a five-game loss despite looking to be in a strong position.
Perth Scorchers produced another strong display to make it back-to-back victories and having won seven of their last eight. They’re going to believe they’ve done enough to book their place in the finals, but the job isn’t done yet. Josh Inglis proved to be a key man with a bat of 58, which helped his side make another solid total of 179/8. But it was the bowling unit that sealed the success with a strong performance.
