BRH vs MLR Match Analysis and Review:
After a sluggish start to BBL 10, Brisbane Heat caught the eye late with a significant difference in their performance, and they’ve now won three of their last four, including back-to-back wins over the Sydney teams.
Following their surprise win over Sydney Sixers, the Heat substantiated with another impressive success against Sydney Thunder as they chased 175 thanks to a pleasant return to form for Joe Burns.
He came in for a lot of hate late for his efforts with Australia, but he produced 52 match-winning runs. Along with Joe Denly (50), the Heat was able to beat their target with five balls to spare to win a five wicket-victory.
Melbourne Stars ended their three-game loss of run thanks to a win over Hobart Hurricanes in their last match, but they still have some improvements to make if they want to get back in the tournament. Andre Fletcher’s poor form proceeded, and he’s still out of 18 runs with a bat in his seven matches so far, but Marcus Stoinis superb 97* from 55 balls helped the Stars to 183/6.
